How IDWS was founded
IDWS builds on a solid foundation that dates back to 2005. What started as a staffing organisation focused on construction and engineering, operating under the slogan More than people, gradually developed into a reliable and respected partner within a broader labour market.
The slogan More than people is more than a promise. It reflects the way we work. We look beyond roles and CVs and focus on the person behind the profession. This personal and committed approach still forms the DNA of IDWS today.
In 2023, an important strategic step was taken through the partnership with WIL Groep. This collaboration further strengthened and developed the organisation by combining expertise, scale and social commitment.
From this strong foundation, IDWS continued independently with a clear focus on the workforce segment. This step included a new name, a new location and renewed energy, while maintaining close cooperation with WIL Groep. As a result, we combine the best of two worlds: entrepreneurship and flexibility, supported by the strength of a broader organisation with extensive experience in work-based learning programmes.
The name IDWS – International & Domestic Workforce Solutions reflects our role as a partner for both national and international skilled professionals as well as employers. We provide structural workforce solutions with a strong focus on quality, continuity and sustainable employability.
Today, IDWS represents a new phase of growth and development. With more than twenty years of experience, in-depth market knowledge and a personal approach, we work together with clients and partners to build long-term relationships and successful projects.
