Are you an experienced and certified welder who enjoys working in an industrial production environment? For our client in Roermond, we are looking for motivated welders with experience in MIG/MAG and electrode welding. In this role, you will work on large steel structures where craftsmanship, precision, and safety are key. You will work in a modern production environment where high-quality steel constructions are produced for large projects, such as offshore wind energy. What will you do?
- Performing welding tasks according to established procedures and technical drawings
- Setting up and checking welding equipment to ensure it functions correctly and safely
- Welding using different welding processes such as 111, 135, 136, and 138 (MIG/MAG and electrode)
- Visually inspecting materials and weld seams and identifying possible deviations
- Working with hand tools, measuring equipment, and lifting equipment during the production process
- Removing welding spatter and residues using brushes and grinding tools
- Performing repair work when deviations or welding defects are detected
- Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized workplace within the production environment
What do we ask from you?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a welder
- Valid VCA Basic certificate (Dutch, English, or German)
- Valid welding certificate NIL level 3 or equivalent (MIG/MAG and electrode)
- Driver’s license B
- Minimum language level B1 in Dutch, English, or German
- Willingness to work with personal protective equipment
- Medically fit for physical work
What do we offer you?
- Salary between €3,200 and €3,500 gross per month
- Possibility to work 36 to 60 hours per week
Allowances
- 28% allowance for afternoon shifts
- 35% allowance for night shifts
- 75% allowance for overtime and Saturdays
- 100% allowance for Sundays

- Transport can be arranged if needed
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km when using your own transport
- Health insurance available (€164.75 per month if required)
