Do you enjoy working with technology and modern production machines? For our client at the Maasvlakte, we are looking for motivated welding robot operators who are responsible for operating and monitoring automated welding processes. You will work with modern equipment in an industrial environment where safety, precision, and quality are key. Do you already have welding experience or would you like to further develop your skills in the trade? Both experienced operators and motivated candidates with a technical interest are welcome. In this position, you will work with various welding processes such as 121, 135, 136, and 138 within an automated production process.
What will you do?
- Operating and setting up welding machines and automated welding installations according to the applicable procedures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions before starting work
- Checking welding equipment and machines to ensure proper operation and safety
- Welding components according to established welding procedures and quality standards
- Inspecting materials for quantities, damage, and suitability for processing
- Consulting with the Hall Coordinator and Welding Process Specialist regarding the production process
- Registering completed tasks on route cards and production forms
- Using hand tools, measuring equipment, and lifting equipment during the work process
- Removing welding spatter and residues using brushes or grinding tools
- Repairing welding defects according to established procedures
- Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized workplace
What do we ask from you?
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in welding or machine operation
- Valid VCA Basic certificate (Dutch or English)
- Welding diploma NIL level 3 MIG/MAG type 121 or equivalent
- Driver’s license B
- Minimum language level B1 in Dutch or English
- Technical insight and accurate work attitude
What do we offer you?
- Salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month
- Starting salary from €18.52 per hour
- Possibility to work 36 to 60 hours per week
Allowances
- 28% allowance for afternoon shifts
- 35% allowance for night shifts
- 75% allowance for overtime and Saturdays
- 100% allowance for Sundays

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km when using your own transport
- Health insurance available (€164.75 per month if required)
