For city and regional public transport in South Holland North, we are looking for an experienced bus driver who prioritizes safety and service. You will drive both fixed and variable routes within the region and ensure that passengers reach their destination comfortably and on time. Working independently, taking responsibility, and interacting professionally with passengers are key aspects of this role. What will you do?
- Driving punctually and safely according to the timetable
- Transporting passengers in city and regional public transport
- Welcoming and assisting passengers in a friendly manner
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience
- Working independently within rotating shifts
- Acting professionally in traffic situations and delays
What do we ask from you?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bus driver
- Driver’s license D
- Valid Code 95
- Minimum English level B1 (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
What do we offer you?
- Employment via WIL Groep with the possibility of 40+ hours, including 32 hours guaranteed hours in the first year.
- Salary between €3,100 and €4,200 per month (depending on experience).
- Additional allowances for irregular hours, night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts (average €300- €500 per month for full-time).
- 8% holiday allowance, a year-end bonus of 1.15%, diploma allowance of €59,30 per month, split shift bonus of €22,19 per shift, and a small expense allowance of €0,46 per worked day.
- Pension accrual according to Stipp with a weekly pension compensation pro rata the CAO Openbaar Vervoer.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre or use of transport including fuel costs arranged by WIL Groep that’s free of charge.
